Custom Foam Shapes in the South

Using a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine, our expert staff can create just about any architectural form you can imagine. Here's how the process works:

  1. Submit a drawing of your shape with measurements.
  2. We'll price per LF and send for approval.
  3. If we need to change any details, we'll resubmit the shop drawing until we get approval.
  4. Once approved, we begin cutting.
  5. Cuts can typically be set overnight, but it could take us as little as an hour or as long as a week to complete your project, depending on its complexity and size.
